YiPPee! Cheesy Pasta Franky
Ingredient list
- 1 packet tricolor creamy corn
- 2 tsp butter
- 2 tbsp boiled corn
- 2 tbsp green capsicum chopped
- 2 tbsp boiled green peas
- 2 tbsp carrot
- 2 tbsp cheese
- 3 tbsp cream
- Salt
- Pepper powder
- Roti 1 nos
- 1 tbsp mint mayo
Prep time: 10 Minutes
Cook time: 15 Minutes
Method
- Cook pasta as per instruction.
- Add melted butter with all veggies and toss well.
- Now add cheese, cream, salt, pepper powder and mix well.
- Add cooked pasta and mix well.
- Apply mint mayo on one side of roti top with pasta and rolled it out.
