YiPPee! Korean Corn Pasta

Ingredient list

  • 1 cup Boiled Corn
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 no Fresh Red Chilli
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • Water
  • 1 packet YiPPee! TriColor Creamy Corn Pasta
  • Corn Mixture
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 tsp Coriander Leaves
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • In a bowl combine boiled corn, mayonnaise, fresh red chilli, sugar, dry oregano, salt, pepper powder, and mix well.
  • Keep aside. Cook pasta as per instruction along with sauce maker.
  • Once the pasta is cooked add in corn mayo mixture and cook for a minute.
  • Now add butter and mix well.
  • Add mozzarella cheese, coriander leaves, salt.
  • Cover and cook it for another 2 minutes on low flame.
  • Serve hot.
