YiPPee! Pasta Bread Roll
Ingredient list
- YiPPee! Sour Cream Onion Pasta
- 4 Nos Bread slices
- 1 boiled Potato
- 2 Tbsp Boiled Peas
- 2 Tbsp Boiled corn
- ½ Tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- Salt
- Pepper powder
- Water
- Oil for frying
- Green chutney for serving
Prep time: 15 Minutes
Cook time: 30 Minutes
Method
- Cook Pasta as per instruction and cool it down to room temperature.
- In a bowl combine potato, peas, corn, cooked pasta, red chilli flakes, salt, pepper powder, and mix well.
- Trim the sides of the bread and dip it into water.
- Squeeze out the excess water from the bread by pressing it down using your palms.
- Take a spoon full of pasta filling and place it in the center of the bread and shape it into a round or oval shape.
- Deep fry till golden brown in color.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
