Ingredient list

  • 2 roti
  • 1 packet YiPPee! Mood Masala
  • Water For filling
  • 1 Boiled & Mashed potato
  • ½ tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Coriander Leaves

For assembly

  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tbsp green chutney
  • Frankie masala
  • 2 tbsp onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp cabbage, shredded
  • 2 tbsp carrot
  • Julienne Coriander leaves

Method

  • Cook noodles as per instruction along with the main masala and cool it down to room temperature.
  • In a bowl potato, ketchup, coriander leaves, ginger and mix well.
  • Take roti, apply green chutney, place the veggie in the center top with potato filling followed by noodles.
  • Fold the roti from all four corners.
  • Melt butter in a pan, place the roti, and cook on both sides.
  • Serve hot with chutney.
