Ingredient list
2 roti
1 packet YiPPee! Mood Masala
Water For filling
1 Boiled & Mashed potato
½ tsp Ginger
1 tsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tsp Coriander Leaves
For assembly
1 tsp butter
1 tbsp green chutney
Frankie masala
2 tbsp onion sliced
2 tbsp cabbage, shredded
2 tbsp carrot
Julienne Coriander leaves

Method
Cook noodles as per instruction along with the main masala and cool it down to room temperature.
In a bowl potato, ketchup, coriander leaves, ginger and mix well.
Take roti, apply green chutney, place the veggie in the center top with potato filling followed by noodles.
Fold the roti from all four corners.
Melt butter in a pan, place the roti, and cook on both sides.
Serve hot with chutney.
