Ingredient list
For Noodles:
2 Packets YiPPee! Noodles
500 ml Water
For Sauce:
2 Tsp Oil
1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
½ Tsp Chopped Ginger
1 Small Sized Sliced Onion
2 Tbsp Schezwan Sauce
1 Tsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Cornflour
¼ Cup Water
1 Small Sized Sliced Capsicum
½ Cup Sliced Cabbage

Method
Heat a pan and add water. Bring it to a boil.
Add YiPPee! noodles and cook till they are done.
Strain the noodles.
In a pan heat oil at high flame and drop the cooked noodles.
Deep fry the noodles till they turn crispy and slightly golden in color.
Keep the fried noodles aside.
Heat another pan and add oil.
To the hot oil add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 10-15 seconds at medium flame.
Add onion and sauté for 5-10 seconds.
Add capsicum, cabbage, schezwan sauce, soy sauce, cornflour slurry, water, and salt.
Mix well and cook for a minute.
Slightly crush the noodles and add to the sauce. • Mix well and serve the hot and crunchy YiPPee! Chinese Bhel!
