YiPPee! Chatpata Bhel

Ingredient list

For Noodles:

  • 2 Packets YiPPee! Noodles
  • 500 ml Water

For Sauce:

  • 2 Tsp Oil
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
  • ½ Tsp Chopped Ginger
  • 1 Small Sized Sliced Onion
  • 2 Tbsp Schezwan Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Cornflour
  • ¼ Cup Water
  • 1 Small Sized Sliced Capsicum
  • ½ Cup Sliced Cabbage Salt as per Taste

Method

  • Heat a pan and add water. Bring it to a boil. 
  • Add YiPPee! noodles and cook till they are done.
  • Strain the noodles. 
  • In a pan heat oil at high flame and drop the cooked noodles. 
  • Deep fry the noodles till they turn crispy and slightly golden in color. 
  • Keep the fried noodles aside.
  • Heat another pan and add oil. 
  • To the hot oil add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 10-15 seconds at medium flame. 
  • Add onion and sauté for 5-10 seconds. 
  • Add capsicum, cabbage, schezwan sauce, soy sauce, cornflour slurry, water, and salt. 
  • Mix well and cook for a minute. 
  • Slightly crush the noodles and add to the sauce. • Mix well and serve the hot and crunchy YiPPee! Chinese Bhel!
