Ingredient list

  • Water
  • 1 packet YiPPee! TriColor Masala Pasta
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1/4 cup Onion
  • 1/4 cup Carrot
  • 1/4 cup French Beans
  • 1/4 cup Cabbage
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Corn Flour Slurry
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder

Method

  • Boil pasta as per instruction without sauce maker and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in wok or kadai, add garlic, ginger and saute for some time on high flame. Add onion and continue to saute for a minute on high flame.
  • Now add all veggies and toss on high flame.
  • Make sure the veggies retain their crunch.
  • Add in soya sauce, vinegar, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and mix well.
  • Cook for a minute and add cooked pasta, water, and sauce maker mix it well.
  • Bring it to boil and add corn flour slurry, salt, and pepper powder and mix it well. Cook for another minute and serve hot garnish with spring onion greens.
