YiPPee! Corn Dog

Ingredient list

For Stuffing:

  • 1 Packet YiPPee! Noodles
  • 240 ml Water
  • 2 Small Sized Boiled Potatoes
  • Salt as per Taste

For Batter:

  • ½ Cup Maida
  • ½ Maize Flour/Makke ka atta
  • ¼ Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Baking Soda
  • ¼ Cup Milk
  • 100 ml Water
  • Salt as per Taste
  • Oil for trying

  • Heat a pan and add water. Bring it to a boil. Add YiPPee! noodles and YiPPee! masala.
  • Cook till the noodles are done and transfer to a bowl.
  • Add boiled potato and salt. 
  • Mix well and keep aside. 
  • In a bowl take maida, maize flour, baking powder, baking soda, milk, and water.
  • Mix all well and make a batter of medium consistency. Transfer to a tall glass.
  • Take 4 skewers and put YiPPee! stuffing on each skewer. 
  • Press and roll to give a sausage shape.
  • Dip each skewer in the batter and deep fry at high flame till golden in color.
  • Serve hot with some mayonnaise!
