Ingredient list
For Stuffing:
1 Packet YiPPee! Noodles
240 ml Water
2 Small Sized Boiled Potatoes
Salt as per Taste
For Batter:
½ Cup Maida
½ Maize Flour/Makke ka atta
¼ Tsp Baking Powder
1/8 Tsp Baking Soda
¼ Cup Milk
100 ml Water
Salt as per Taste
Oil for trying
Prep time: 15 Minutes
Cook time: 10 Minutes

Method
Heat a pan and add water. Bring it to a boil. Add YiPPee! noodles and YiPPee! masala.
Cook till the noodles are done and transfer to a bowl.
Add boiled potato and salt.
Mix well and keep aside.
In a bowl take maida, maize flour, baking powder, baking soda, milk, and water.
Mix all well and make a batter of medium consistency. Transfer to a tall glass.
Take 4 skewers and put YiPPee! stuffing on each skewer.
Press and roll to give a sausage shape.
Dip each skewer in the batter and deep fry at high flame till golden in color.
Serve hot with some mayonnaise!
