YiPPee! Crepe Roll
Ingredient list
For Stuffing:
1 Packet YiPPee! Noodles
240 ml Water
For Crepe:
1/2 Cup Maida
1 Egg
½ Cup Milk
A pinch of Salt
Some Tomato Ketchup

Method
Heat a pan and add water. Bring it to a boil.
Add YiPPee! noodles and YiPPee! masala. Cook till the noodles are done. Keep aside.
In a bowl take milk and egg. Mix well.
Now add maida and salt and mix well to make a slightly thin batter.
Heat a pan or tawa and spread this mixture. Cook till one side is done and flip and cook for a few seconds.
Similarly, make other crepes.
Take one crepe and spread some YiPPee! noodles. Apply some tomato ketchup.
Tightly roll the crepe. Follow the same steps to make other YiPPee! stuffed crepe rolls.
Serve with ketchup!
