YiPPee! Crepe Roll

Ingredient list

For Stuffing:

  • 1 Packet YiPPee! Noodles
  • 240 ml Water

For Crepe:

  • 1/2 Cup Maida
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • A pinch of Salt
  • Some Tomato Ketchup

  • Heat a pan and add water. Bring it to a boil.
  • Add YiPPee! noodles and YiPPee! masala. Cook till the noodles are done. Keep aside. 
  • In a bowl take milk and egg. Mix well. 
  • Now add maida and salt and mix well to make a slightly thin batter. 
  • Heat a pan or tawa and spread this mixture. Cook till one side is done and flip and cook for a few seconds. 
  • Similarly, make other crepes. 
  • Take one crepe and spread some YiPPee! noodles. Apply some tomato ketchup. 
  • Tightly roll the crepe. Follow the same steps to make other YiPPee! stuffed crepe rolls. 
  • Serve with ketchup!
