Ingredient list

  • 1 cup Refined Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Melted Butter
  • Milk as needed
  • Water
  • 1 packet YiPPee! TriColor Masala Pasta
  • 1 tsp Butter Pancake Batter
  • Red Chilli Flakes
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Cucumber
  • Corn

  • In a bowl combine refined flour, baking powder, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, coriander leaves, salt, and melted butter.
  • Make batter using milk and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • Cook pasta as per instruction along with sauce maker.
  • Heat a non-stick pan and brush it with some butter.
  • Pour a ladle full of pancake batter and allow it to cook.
  • Once you see the bubble on the upper surface of the pancake top up with cooked pasta and sprinkle red chilli flakes, coriander leaves.
  • Press it with the help of a flat spoon and flip and cook on another side for a minute.
  • Serve it hot with your own fun creation.
