YiPPee! Fluffy Pasta Pancake
Ingredient list
- 1 cup Refined Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Melted Butter
- Milk as needed
- Water
- 1 packet YiPPee! TriColor Masala Pasta
- 1 tsp Butter Pancake Batter
- Red Chilli Flakes
- Coriander Leaves
- Cucumber
- Corn
Prep time: 25 Minutes
Cook time: 20 Minutes
Method
- In a bowl combine refined flour, baking powder, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, coriander leaves, salt, and melted butter.
- Make batter using milk and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Cook pasta as per instruction along with sauce maker.
- Heat a non-stick pan and brush it with some butter.
- Pour a ladle full of pancake batter and allow it to cook.
- Once you see the bubble on the upper surface of the pancake top up with cooked pasta and sprinkle red chilli flakes, coriander leaves.
- Press it with the help of a flat spoon and flip and cook on another side for a minute.
- Serve it hot with your own fun creation.
