YiPPee! Lasagna

Ingredient list

For YiPPee! & White Sauce:

YiPPee! • 2 Packet YiPPee! Noodles • 480 ml Water

W.S • 3 Tbsp Butter • 2 & ½ Tbsp Maida • 1 Cup Milk

Red Sauce:

• 4 Tsp Oil • 1 Tsp Chopped Garlic

• 1 Medium Sized Chopped Onion

• 1 Medium Sized Tomato Puree • 2 Tsp Ketchup

• ½ Tsp Red Chilli Powder • ¼ Tsp Oregano

• ½ Tsp Sugar • ¼ Cup Water

For Stir Fried Vegetables:

• 2 Tsp Oil • 1 Tsp Chopped Garlic • ¼ Cup Sweetcorn

• ½ Cup Chopped Green, Red, Yellow Bell Peppers

• 1 Cup Chopped Mushroom • 1 Small Chopped Tomato

• ¼ Tsp Oregano • ¼ Tsp Chilli Flakes • Salt to Taste for all

Method

  • Heat a pan and add water to a boil.
  • Add YiPPee! Noodles and YiPPee! Masala.
  • Cook till the noodles are done and keep aside. 
  • To make sautéed vegetables, heat a pan, and add oil. 
  • Add chopped garlic and sauté for 8-10 seconds. 
  • Now add sweetcorn, capsicum, mushroom, tomato, oregano, chilli flakes, and salt. 
  • Sauté for 10 seconds and transfer to a bowl and keep aside. 
  • To make red sauce, heat a pan, and add oil. 
  • To the hot oil add garlic and sauté for 8-10 seconds. 
  • Add onion and sauté till the onion becomes slightly pink in color.
  • Add tomato puree, red chilli powder, oregano, sugar, and salt .
  • Add some water and cook for 10 min.
  • Add ketchup and mix well. Keep the red sauce aside. 
  • To make the white sauce, add butter to a hot pan followed by maida. 
  • Sauté maida at medium flame for 1 min. 
  • Add milk and stir using a whisk till the sauce thickens. Add salt and keep the sauce aside.
  • To assemble the lasagna, take an ovenproof glass/ceramic dish. 
  • Spread a layer of red sauce followed by white sauce. 
  • Spread some YiPPee! Noodles.
  • Now add all the sautéed vegetables and cheese.
  • Spread some white sauce and red sauce.
  • Make another layer to noodles, sauce and finally top with a layer of cheese. 
  • Sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes.
  • Preheat OTG/Convection oven at 180°C for 10 min and then bake the lasagna for 10 min.
  • Serve the cheesy and creamy lasagna right away!
