Cook noodles as per instruction. In a bowl combine noodles, methi, besan, sesame seeds, turmeric powder, lemon juice, crushed fennels seeds and salt to taste.
Mix well and shape it like muthia. Heat steamer lightly greases the plate and places the muthia and steams it for 10-12 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan adds mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and toss the steamed muthia till they turn slightly golden brown in color.
