Ingredient list

  • 1 pkt YiPPee! Power Of Atta Noodles
  • Water
  • 1/3 cup Methi Leaves
  • 2 tbsp Besan
  • 1 tsp white Sesame Seeds
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ¼ tsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp Fennel Seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 1tbsp Oil
  • ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
  • ½ tsp Cumin Seeds

Method

  • Cook noodles as per instruction. In a bowl combine noodles, methi, besan, sesame seeds, turmeric powder, lemon juice, crushed fennels seeds and salt to taste.
  • Mix well and shape it like muthia. Heat steamer lightly greases the plate and places the muthia and steams it for 10-12 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan adds mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and toss the steamed muthia till they turn slightly golden brown in color.
  • Serve hot with chutney.
