YiPPee! Mughlai Paratha

Ingredient list

For Stuffing:

  • 1 Packet YiPPee! Noodles
  • 240 ml Water
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Small Sized Chopped Onion
  • ¼ Tsp Chaat Masala
  • ¼ Tsp Red Chilli Powder

For Cover:

  • 1 Cup Maida
  • 2 Tsp Oil
  • 70 ml Water
  • Salt as per Taste
  • Oil for Frying

Method

  • Heat a pan and add water. Bring the water to a boil. 
  • Add YiPPee! Noodles and its Masala.
  • Cook till the noodles are done. Keep aside. 
  • In a bowl take an egg. Add onion, chaat masala, and red chilli powder. 
  • Mix well and keep aside.
  • In another bowl take maida, oil, and salt. Gradually add water and make a medium soft dough.
  • Divide the dough into three equal-sized portions and roll thin and big. 
  • Place YiPPee! stuffing and egg mixture in the middle of the rolled sheet and fold the sides to make a square.
  • Use water to seal the edges.
  • Shallow fry the paratha in hot oil on both sides till slightly golden in color. 
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup!
