Ingredient list
For Stuffing:
1 Packet YiPPee! Noodles
240 ml Water
1 Egg
1 Small Sized Chopped Onion
¼ Tsp Chaat Masala
¼ Tsp Red Chilli Powder
For Cover:
1 Cup Maida
2 Tsp Oil
70 ml Water
Salt as per Taste

Method
Heat a pan and add water. Bring the water to a boil.
Add YiPPee! Noodles and its Masala.
Cook till the noodles are done. Keep aside.
In a bowl take an egg. Add onion, chaat masala, and red chilli powder.
Mix well and keep aside.
In another bowl take maida, oil, and salt. Gradually add water and make a medium soft dough.
Divide the dough into three equal-sized portions and roll thin and big.
Place YiPPee! stuffing and egg mixture in the middle of the rolled sheet and fold the sides to make a square.
Use water to seal the edges.
Shallow fry the paratha in hot oil on both sides till slightly golden in color.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup!
