YiPPee! Noodles Egg Toast
Ingredient list
1 packet YiPPee! Mood Masala Water
2 tbsp Green Capsicum
2 tbsp Red Bell pepper
2 tbsp Carrot
3 Eggs
1 tsp Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste
¼ tsp Pepper Powder
1 tbsp Oil
4 Bread Slices
2 tbsp Cheese

Method
Heat oil in a pan, add all the veggies and sauté.
Now add water and bring it to boil, add in YiPPee! noodles along with main masala and cook.
Once the noodles are almost cooked add in cheese and mix well and cook till noodles are completely cooked.
Cooldown the mixture.
In a bowl beat egg along with mood masala, coriander leaves, salt, pepper and keep aside.
Take a bread slice top with cooked noodles and cover it with another bread slice.
Dip it into the egg mixture and cook it on a non-stick pan brush with oil or butter.
Serve hot with ketchup.
