Cook noodles as per instruction. In a bowl combine noodles, potato, veggies and mix well. Take a small portion and shape it into a mini Tikki.
Heat oil in a nonstick pan, cook the Tikki on both sides till slightly golden brown in color.
For assembly Cut the mini burger bun through and apply green chutney, place lettuce and top with tomato slices and finally place the noodles Tikki and cover with the second half of the burger buns.
