Ingredient list

  • 1 pkt YiPPee! power of atta noodles
  • Water
  • 1/3 cup paneer cubes
  • ½ tsp vinegar
  • ½ tsp soya sauce
  • Pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp cornflour slurry
  • ½ tsp garlic chopped
  • ½ tsp ginger chopped
  • 1 green chilli slice
  • 2 tbsp Spring onion white slices
  • ¼ cup Red bell pepper cubed
  • ¼ cup green capsicum cubed
  • 2 tbsp Spring onion greens
  • 2 tsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  • ¼ cup water

Method

  • Cook noodles as per instruction without any masala and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan add in ginger, garlic, and sauté.
  • Add onion and cook for 1 minute Now add veggies, paneer and stir well. Cook for another minute.
  • Add soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, chilli sauce, and mix well. Now add Yippee! Power Up Masala along with water and mix well.
  • Add salt and pepper mix well. Add cornflour slurry mixture and bring it to boil. At this stage add cooked noodles and toss well.
  • Sprinkle spring onion and mix well.
