Ingredient list

  • 1 pkt YiPPee! Power Of Atta Noodles
  • Water
  • 1/3 cup Pumpkin
  • ½ tsp Ginger Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • ¼ tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Mixed Herbs
  • 1 tbsp Maida
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Green chutney for serving

  • Cook noodles as per instruction and cool them down to room temperature.
  • In a bowl combine pumpkin, ginger powder, red chilli flakes, pepper powder, mixed herbs, maida, cornflour, cooked noodles, and mix well. Take a small size ball and shape it into a flat Tikki.
  • Heat oil in a pan and place the fritters and cook on both sides till they turn golden brown in color and crispy.
  • Serve hot with chutney or any other dip of your choice.
