Yippee! Samosa

Ingredient list

For Stuffing:

  • 1Packets Yippee! Noodles
  • 150 ml Water
  • 1 Small Boiled Potato
  • ¼ Cup Boiled Green Peas
  • ½ Tsp Chaat Masala
  • Salt as per Taste

For Cover:

  • 1 Cup Maida
  • 1 & ½ Tbsp Ghee
  • ¼ Tsp Ajwain (Carom Seeds)
  • ¼ Cup Water
  • Salt as per Taste

Method

  • Heat a pan and add water to it. Bring the water to a boil.
  • Add Yippee noodles and Yippee!masala. Cook till done.
  • Transfer to a bowl and add mashed boiled potato, peas, and chaat masala. Mix well and keep aside.
  • In another bowl take maida. Add ghee, ajwain, and salt. Mix well.
  • Gradually add water and make a stiff dough. Divide into medium-sized portions.
  • Take one portion of the dough and roll into an oblong sheet.
  • Divide the sheet into two parts along the shorter side.
  • Shape into a cone and add Yippee! stuffing. Use water to seal the edges.
  • Repeat the same steps to make all the samosas.
  • Deep fry between low to medium flame till golden in color
  • Serve hot with chutney or sauce!
