YiPPee! Skewers Recipe

Ingredient list

  • 1 Packet YiPPee! Noodles
  • Water: As required
  • Spinach (pureed): ½ cup
  • Beetroot (pureed): ½ cup
  • Egg (whisked): 1
  • Salt: As per taste
  • Black Pepper Powder: As required
  • Green chilli sauce: 1 tsp
  • Red chilli sauce: 1 tsp
  • Bell peppers (cut into squares): ½ cup
  • Onions (cut into squares): ½ cup
  • Tandoori Masala: 2 tsp
  • Yoghurt: ½ cup

Prep time: 30 Minutes

Cook time: 20 Minutes

  • Heat a pan and add water. Bring it to a boil.
  • Add YiPPee! Noodles and YiPPee! Masala.
  • Cook the noodles until al-dente and let them cool.
  • Separate the noodles 3 into parts.
  • Mix one part with spinach puree. Add a pinch of salt, black pepper powder, and green chilli sauce. Keep aside.
  • Mix the second part with beetroot puree. Add a pinch of salt, black pepper powder, and red chilli sauce. Keep aside.
  • Mix the third part with whisked egg. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper powder. Keep aside.
  • Grease a muffin tray and add the three prepared noodle mixtures. Pre-heat the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • Take them out of the oven and let them cool.
  • Meanwhile, mix the bell peppers, onions, tandoori masala, salt, and yoghurt together. Coat the peppers and onions properly.
  • Take a bamboo skewer and insert the bell pepper, noodle mixture, and onions.
  • Grease a grill pan and cook the skewers until the peppers and onions are charred a bit.
