YiPPee! Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe

Ingredient list

  • 1 Packet YiPPee! Noodles
  • Water: As required
  • Large Red, Green, Yellow Bell Peppers: 1 each
  • Salt: As per taste
  • Oil: 1 tbsp
  • Garlic (chopped): 1 tsp
  • Onions (chopped): ½ cup
  • Paneer (crumbled): ½ cup
  • Black Pepper Powder: 2 tsp
  • Tomatoes (chopped): ½ cup
  • Coriander leaves (chopped): 1 tbsp
  • Mixed herbs: 2 tsp
  • Cheese (grated): As required

Prep time: 15 Minutes

Cook time: 40 Minutes

  • Heat a pan and add water. Bring it to a boil.
  • Add YiPPee! Noodles and YiPPee! Masala.
  • Cook the noodles until al-dente and keep them aside.
  • For the peppers, trim about 1/4-inch from the tops of bell peppers. Remove the inside stuff.
  • Brush the inside of each pepper with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake the peppers at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes or until they are just undercooked.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan. Add the garlic and the chopped
  • Add crumbled paneer and season with salt and pepper then let it cook.
  • Add in chopped tomatoes and saute.
  • Mix in the cooked noodles, coriander, and mixed herbs.
  • Spoon the mixture evenly into the roasted peppers.
  • Add some cheese and bake for 20 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the tops are crisp and golden. Serve warm.
