YiPPee! Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe
Ingredient list
1 Packet YiPPee! Noodles
Water: As required
Large Red, Green, Yellow Bell Peppers: 1 each
Salt: As per taste
Oil: 1 tbsp
Garlic (chopped): 1 tsp
Onions (chopped): ½ cup
Paneer (crumbled): ½ cup
Black Pepper Powder: 2 tsp
Tomatoes (chopped): ½ cup
Coriander leaves (chopped): 1 tbsp
Mixed herbs: 2 tsp
Cheese (grated): As required
Prep time: 15 Minutes
Cook time: 40 Minutes

Method
Heat a pan and add water. Bring it to a boil.
Add YiPPee! Noodles and YiPPee! Masala.
Cook the noodles until al-dente and keep them aside.
For the peppers, trim about 1/4-inch from the tops of bell peppers. Remove the inside stuff.
Brush the inside of each pepper with oil and season with salt and pepper.
Bake the peppers at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes or until they are just undercooked.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan. Add the garlic and the chopped
Add crumbled paneer and season with salt and pepper then let it cook.
Add in chopped tomatoes and saute.
Mix in the cooked noodles, coriander, and mixed herbs.
Spoon the mixture evenly into the roasted peppers.
Add some cheese and bake for 20 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the tops are crisp and golden. Serve warm.
