YiPPee! Stuffed Cups

Ingredient list

For noodles:

  • 1 Packet YiPPee! Noodles
  • Water: As required
  • Egg: 1
  • Salt: As per taste
  • Black Pepper Powder: 1 tsp

For stuffing:

  • Cherry Tomatoes (halved): ½ cup
  • Mozzarella cheese (grated): As required
  • Black olives (sliced): 1 tbsp
  • Basil leaves: For garnish
  • Mixed herbs: For garnish

Prep time: 15 Minutes

Cook time: 10 Minutes

  • Heat a pan and add water. Bring it to a boil.
  • Add YiPPee! Noodles and YiPPee! Masala.
  • Cook the noodles until al-dente and cool them.
  • In a bowl, break open an egg.
  • Add salt and black pepper powder.
  • Add the cooked noodles into the mixture and mix properly.
  • Grease a muffin tray with oil and add the noodle mixture into each slot. Try to make them in the shape of cups.
  • Pre-heat your oven and bake at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
  • Once the YiPPee! cups are cooked, top them with mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, olives.
  • Bake again until the cheese melts.
  • Garnish with mixed herbs and basil leaves.
