YiPPee! Stuffed Cups
Ingredient list
For noodles:
1 Packet YiPPee! Noodles
Water: As required
Egg: 1
Salt: As per taste
Black Pepper Powder: 1 tsp
For stuffing:
Cherry Tomatoes (halved): ½ cup
Mozzarella cheese (grated): As required
Black olives (sliced): 1 tbsp
Basil leaves: For garnish
Mixed herbs: For garnish
Prep time: 15 Minutes
Cook time: 10 Minutes

Magic Masala

Method
Heat a pan and add water. Bring it to a boil.
Add YiPPee! Noodles and YiPPee! Masala.
Cook the noodles until al-dente and cool them.
In a bowl, break open an egg.
Add salt and black pepper powder.
Add the cooked noodles into the mixture and mix properly.
Grease a muffin tray with oil and add the noodle mixture into each slot. Try to make them in the shape of cups.
Pre-heat your oven and bake at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
Once the YiPPee! cups are cooked, top them with mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, olives.
Bake again until the cheese melts.
Garnish with mixed herbs and basil leaves.
