YiPPee! Stuffed Kulcha

Ingredient list

For Stuffing:

  • 1 Packet YiPPee! Noodles
  • 240 ml Water
  • 1 Medium Sized Chopped Onion

For Dough:

  • 1 Cup Maida
  • 2 Tbsp Curd
  • ¼ Tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ Tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Tsp Oil
  • 1 & ½ Tsp Sugar
  • 80 ml Water
  • Salt as per Taste

Method

  • In a pan bring water to a boil. 
  • Add YiPPee! noodles and YiPPee! masala. 
  • Cook till the noodles are done and transfer to a bowl.
  • Add chopped onion and mix well. Keep the stuffing aside. 
  • In a bowl take maida, curd, baking soda, baking powder, oil, sugar, and salt.
  • Add water and make a soft dough. Cover the dough with some oil and set aside for 10 min. 
  • Take one portion of the dough and roll it by sprinkling some dry flour.
  • Place YiPPee! stuffing and by bringing the sides together seal the stuffing inside. 
  • Roll this dough to make a kulcha. 
  • Cook the kulcha on both sides on a griddle/tawa by applying some oil. You may apply butter or ghee. 
  • Serve the stuffed kulchas hot with some curd!
