YiPPee! Stuffed Kulcha
Ingredient list
For Stuffing:
1 Packet YiPPee! Noodles
240 ml Water
1 Medium Sized Chopped Onion
For Dough:
1 Cup Maida
2 Tbsp Curd
¼ Tsp Baking Soda
½ Tsp Baking Powder
2 Tsp Oil
1 & ½ Tsp Sugar
80 ml Water
Salt as per Taste

Method
In a pan bring water to a boil.
Add YiPPee! noodles and YiPPee! masala.
Cook till the noodles are done and transfer to a bowl.
Add chopped onion and mix well. Keep the stuffing aside.
In a bowl take maida, curd, baking soda, baking powder, oil, sugar, and salt.
Add water and make a soft dough. Cover the dough with some oil and set aside for 10 min.
Take one portion of the dough and roll it by sprinkling some dry flour.
Place YiPPee! stuffing and by bringing the sides together seal the stuffing inside.
Roll this dough to make a kulcha.
Cook the kulcha on both sides on a griddle/tawa by applying some oil. You may apply butter or ghee.
Serve the stuffed kulchas hot with some curd!
