YiPPee! Veg Lollipop

Ingredient list

For Lollipop:

  • 1 Packet YiPPee! Noodles
  • 200 ml Water
  • 2 Tbsp Cornflour
  • 2 Tbsp Maida
  • 1 Tsp Chilli Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Small Chopped Green Chilli
  • Salt as per Taste

For Batter:

  • 2 Tbsp Cornflour
  • 2 Tbsp Maida
  • ¼ Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 3 Tbsp Water Salt as per Taste

  • In a pan bring water to a boil.
  • Add YiPPee! noodles and YiPPee! masala.
  • Cook till the noodles are done and then transfer to a bowl.
  • Now add cornflour, maida, chilli sauce, soy sauce, green chilli and salt.
  • Mix till everything is well combined.
  • Take a small portion and place it on an ice-cream stick to give a lollipop shape.
  • Repeat the steps to make all the lollipops. Keep aside.
  • In a bowl take cornflour, maida, red chilli powder, and salt.
  • Add water to make a batter of medium consistency.
  • Dip the lollipops in this batter and deep fry at medium flame till they turn golden and crispy.
  • Serve hot with schezwan sauce.
