YiPPee! Veg Lollipop
Ingredient list
For Lollipop:
1 Packet YiPPee! Noodles
200 ml Water
2 Tbsp Cornflour
2 Tbsp Maida
1 Tsp Chilli Sauce
1 Tsp Soy Sauce
1 Small Chopped Green Chilli
Salt as per Taste
For Batter:
2 Tbsp Cornflour
2 Tbsp Maida
¼ Tsp Red Chilli Powder
3 Tbsp Water

Method
In a pan bring water to a boil.
Add YiPPee! noodles and YiPPee! masala.
Cook till the noodles are done and then transfer to a bowl.
Now add cornflour, maida, chilli sauce, soy sauce, green chilli and salt.
Mix till everything is well combined.
Take a small portion and place it on an ice-cream stick to give a lollipop shape.
Repeat the steps to make all the lollipops. Keep aside.
In a bowl take cornflour, maida, red chilli powder, and salt.
Add water to make a batter of medium consistency.
Dip the lollipops in this batter and deep fry at medium flame till they turn golden and crispy.
Serve hot with schezwan sauce.
