YiPPee! Alfredo Sauce Recipe

Ingredient list

  • 1 Packet YiPPee! Noodles
  • Water: As required
  • Butter: ½ cup
  • Garlic (finely chopped): ½ tbsp
  • Onions (finely chopped): ½ cup
  • Cream (full fat): 1 cup
  • Parmesan (grated): ½ cup
  • Salt: As per taste
  • Black Pepper powder: ½ tsp
  • Parsley (chopped): For garnish

  • Heat a pan and add water. Bring it to a boil.
  • Add some oil and the YiPPee! Noodles and YiPPee! Masala.
  • Cook the noodles until al-dente and keep them aside.
  • In a slightly heated pan, add butter. Keep stirring the butter or else it will burn.
  • Next, add the chopped garlic and onions. Saute.
  • Add the cream and let the sauce simmer.
  • Add the grated parmesan cheese and mix until it completely melts.
  • Next, add salt and black pepper powder. Keep in mind that parmesan is salty in taste. Add salt with care.
  • Let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes or until it thickens.
  • To assemble, place the noodles on a plate. Top it with the Alfredo sauce. Grate some cheese on top. And finally, garnish with some chopped parsley.
