YiPPee! Alfredo Sauce Recipe
Ingredient list
1 Packet YiPPee! Noodles
Water: As required
Butter: ½ cup
Garlic (finely chopped): ½ tbsp
Onions (finely chopped): ½ cup
Cream (full fat): 1 cup
Parmesan (grated): ½ cup
Salt: As per taste
Black Pepper powder: ½ tsp
Parsley (chopped): For garnish
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes

Method
Heat a pan and add water. Bring it to a boil.
Add some oil and the YiPPee! Noodles and YiPPee! Masala.
Cook the noodles until al-dente and keep them aside.
In a slightly heated pan, add butter. Keep stirring the butter or else it will burn.
Next, add the chopped garlic and onions. Saute.
Add the cream and let the sauce simmer.
Add the grated parmesan cheese and mix until it completely melts.
Next, add salt and black pepper powder. Keep in mind that parmesan is salty in taste. Add salt with care.
Let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes or until it thickens.
To assemble, place the noodles on a plate. Top it with the Alfredo sauce. Grate some cheese on top. And finally, garnish with some chopped parsley.
