YiPPee! Pasta Bread Roll

Ingredient list

  • YiPPee! Sour Cream Onion Pasta
  • 4 Nos Bread slices
  • 1 boiled Potato
  • 2 Tbsp Boiled Peas
  • 2 Tbsp Boiled corn
  • ½ Tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • Salt
  • Pepper powder
  • Water
  • Oil for frying
  • Green chutney for serving

Method

  • Cook Pasta as per instruction and cool it down to room temperature.
  • In a bowl combine potato, peas, corn, cooked pasta, red chilli flakes, salt, pepper powder, and mix well.
  • Trim the sides of the bread and dip it into water.
  • Squeeze out the excess water from the bread by pressing it down using your palms.
  • Take a spoon full of pasta filling and place it in the center of the bread and shape it into a round or oval shape.
  • Deep fry till golden brown in color.
  • Serve hot with green chutney.
