Filling:
● 1 Packet Yippee! Noodles
● Water: As required
● Oil – 2 tbsp
● Garlic (chopped) – 1 tsp
● Green chili (chopped) – 1 tsp
● Salt – As per taste
● Red chili – 1/2 tsp
● Chilli flakes – 1/2 tsp
● Kidney beans (boiled): ½ cup
Guacamole:
● Avocados (mashed) – 1 cup
● Lime Juice – 1 tbsp
● Salt: As per taste
● Black Pepper: 1/2 tsp Pico De Gallo
● Onions (finely chopped): ½ cup
● Tomato (finely chopped): ½ cup
● Green chilies (finely chopped): 1 tsp
● Salt: As per taste
● Lime Juice: 2 tbsp
● Heat a pan and add water. Bring it to a boil.
● Add Yippee noodles and Yippee Masala.
● Cook the noodles until al-dente and let them cool.
● Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and stir well.
● Add green chili and mix it well.
● Add salt, red chili and mix it well.
● Add the boiled kidney beans and mix.
● Add the noodles and mix.
● Remove it from heat and keep aside.
● Next prepare the guacamole.
● After that, prepare the pico de gallo using the ingredients mentioned above.
● To assemble the burrito, take a toasted burrito shell. Coat it evenly with the guacamole. Add the filling that we prepared with the YiPPee! Noodles above. Top with the Pico de Gallo. Drizzle some hot sauce (optional step).
● Tuck the burrito.
● Cut into 2 halves and serve with the guacamole.
