YiPPee! Butter Fried Noodles
Ingredient list
2 Packets YiPPee! Noodles
480 ml Water
3 Tbsp Butter
1 Medium Sized Chopped Onion
½ Cup Sliced Mushroom
¼ Cup Fenugreek Leaves/ Methi
¼ Cup Boiled Sweetcorn
1 Tsp Chopped Ginger Garlic
Salt as per Taste

Method
Heat a pan and add water to it. Bring the water to a boil.
Add YiPPee! Noodles and YiPPee! Masala. Cook till the noodles are done and keep aside.
Heat another pan and add butter.
Once the butter melts add garlic and sauté for 10-15 seconds.
Add onion and sauté till onion turns slightly pink.
Now add mushroom, sweetcorn, methi, and salt as per taste.
Sauté for a minute.
Add the cooked YiPPee! Noodles and mix well.
Serve the noodles hot!
