YiPPee! Butter Fried Noodles

Ingredient list

  • 2 Packets YiPPee! Noodles
  • 480 ml Water
  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Medium Sized Chopped Onion
  • ½ Cup Sliced Mushroom
  • ¼ Cup Fenugreek Leaves/ Methi
  • ¼ Cup Boiled Sweetcorn
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Ginger Garlic
  • Salt as per Taste

Method

  • Heat a pan and add water to it. Bring the water to a boil. 
  • Add YiPPee! Noodles and YiPPee! Masala. Cook till the noodles are done and keep aside.
  • Heat another pan and add butter. 
  • Once the butter melts add garlic and sauté for 10-15 seconds. 
  • Add onion and sauté till onion turns slightly pink. 
  • Now add mushroom, sweetcorn, methi, and salt as per taste. 
  • Sauté for a minute.
  • Add the cooked YiPPee! Noodles and mix well.
  • Serve the noodles hot!
