Yippee! Cheese Roti Roll

For Boiling Yippee!:
- 1Packets Yippee! Noodles
- 150 ml Water
For Dough:
- 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 100 ml Water
- Salt as per Taste
Garnishing:
- 1 Small Sliced Onion
- ¼ Tsp Chaat Masala
- 4 Tsp Ketchup
- 50 gm Processed Cheese

Method
- Heat a pan and add water. Bring it to a boil.
- Add Yippee! noodles and Yippee! masala. Cook till done.
- Transfer to a bowl and keep aside.
- In another bowl take whole wheat flour. Add some salt as per taste.
- By gradually adding water make a medium soft dough.
- Take a portion of the dough and roll it into a roti.
- Cook the roti on a griddle or a tawa till done on both sides.
- Take one roti and place some cooked Yippee on one side of the roti.
- Now add onion, ketchup, chaat masala, and cheese.
- Tightly roll the roti by pushing all the stuffing inside. Repeat for other roti and serve!
