Yippee! Cheese Roti Roll

For Boiling Yippee!:

  • 1Packets Yippee! Noodles
  • 150 ml Water

For Dough:

  • 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 100 ml Water
  • Salt as per Taste


  • 1 Small Sliced Onion
  • ¼ Tsp Chaat Masala
  • 4 Tsp Ketchup
  • 50 gm Processed Cheese

  • Heat a pan and add water. Bring it to a boil.
  • Add Yippee! noodles and Yippee! masala. Cook till done.
  • Transfer to a bowl and keep aside.
  • In another bowl take whole wheat flour. Add some salt as per taste.
  • By gradually adding water make a medium soft dough.
  • Take a portion of the dough and roll it into a roti.
  • Cook the roti on a griddle or a tawa till done on both sides.
  • Take one roti and place some cooked Yippee on one side of the roti.
  • Now add onion, ketchup, chaat masala, and cheese.
  • Tightly roll the roti by pushing all the stuffing inside. Repeat for other roti and serve!
