YiPPee! Kachori
Ingredient list
For Stuffing:
1 Packet YiPPee! Noodles
240 ml Water
1 Medium Sized Chopped Onion
For Cover:
1 Cup Maida
2 Tbsp Ghee
70 ml Water
Salt as per Taste
Oil for frying
Prep time: 10 Minutes
Cook time: 25 Minutes

Method
In a pan bring water to a boil.
Add YiPPee! noodles and its masala.
Cook till the noodles are done and transfer to a bowl.
Add finely chopped onion to the YiPPee! noodles and mix well. Keep aside.
In another bowl take maida, ghee, and salt. Add water to make a semi-stiff dough.
Let the dough rest for 10 min and then divide into 6 equal-sized portions.
Take one portion and flatten with your palm and place some YiPPee! stuffing.
Bring the edges of the dough together and seal the stuffing inside.
Flatten using your palm and fingers. Similarly, make other kachoris.
Deep fry the kachoris between low to medium flame till golden and crispy.
Serve hot with tamarind chutney! Accompaniment: Tamarind Chutney
