YiPPee! Kachori

Ingredient list

For Stuffing:

  • 1 Packet YiPPee! Noodles
  • 240 ml Water
  • 1 Medium Sized Chopped Onion

For Cover:

  • 1 Cup Maida
  • 2 Tbsp Ghee
  • 70 ml Water
  • Salt as per Taste
  • Oil for frying

Method

  • In a pan bring water to a boil.
  • Add YiPPee! noodles and its masala.
  • Cook till the noodles are done and transfer to a bowl.
  • Add finely chopped onion to the YiPPee! noodles and mix well. Keep aside. 
  • In another bowl take maida, ghee, and salt. Add water to make a semi-stiff dough.
  • Let the dough rest for 10 min and then divide into 6 equal-sized portions.
  • Take one portion and flatten with your palm and place some YiPPee! stuffing.
  • Bring the edges of the dough together and seal the stuffing inside.
  • Flatten using your palm and fingers. Similarly, make other kachoris. 
  • Deep fry the kachoris between low to medium flame till golden and crispy. 
  • Serve hot with tamarind chutney! Accompaniment: Tamarind Chutney
