YiPPee! Paneer Achari
Ingredient list
1 Packet YiPPee! Noodles
240 ml Water
½ Cup Diced Paneer
3 Tsp Oil
1 Medium Sized Chopped Onion
1 Medium Sized Chopped Tomato
¼ Cup Green Peas
½ Tsp Red Chilli Powder
2-3 Tsp Mango Pickle
Salt as per Taste

Method
Heat a pan and add oil.
Add chopped paneer and sauté till the paneer turns slightly golden. Keep aside.
Heat another pan and add the onion. Sauté till the onion turns slightly pink in color.
Add tomato, red chilli powder, and salt. Cook till the tomato becomes soft.
Add peas, YiPPee! masala and water. Bring the water to a boil.
Add YiPPee! Noodles and cook till they are almost done.
Add mango pickle masala and the fried paneer.
Cook for another 2 minutes and serve the Paneer Achari YiPPee! hot!
