YiPPee! Paneer Achari

Ingredient list

  • 1 Packet YiPPee! Noodles
  • 240 ml Water
  • ½ Cup Diced Paneer
  • 3 Tsp Oil
  • 1 Medium Sized Chopped Onion
  • 1 Medium Sized Chopped Tomato
  • ¼ Cup Green Peas
  • ½ Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 2-3 Tsp Mango Pickle
  • Salt as per Taste

Method

  • Heat a pan and add oil.
  • Add chopped paneer and sauté till the paneer turns slightly golden. Keep aside.
  • Heat another pan and add the onion. Sauté till the onion turns slightly pink in color.
  • Add tomato, red chilli powder, and salt. Cook till the tomato becomes soft.
  • Add peas, YiPPee! masala and water. Bring the water to a boil.
  • Add YiPPee! Noodles and cook till they are almost done.
  • Add mango pickle masala and the fried paneer.
  • Cook for another 2 minutes and serve the Paneer Achari YiPPee! hot!
