YiPPee! Ravioli

Ingredient list

For Stuffing:

  • 1 Packet YiPPee! Noodles
  • 240 ml Water
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Spinach
  • 25 gm Processed Cheese

For Cover:

  • 1 Cup Maida
  • Salt as per Taste
  • 70 ml Water

For Sauce:

  • 1 & 1/2 Tbsp Butter, 1 Tbsp Maida
  • 1/2 Cup Milk, Salt as per Taste

For Garnishing:

  • Oregano, Chilli Flakes, and Olive Oil

Magic Masala

  • Heat a pan and bring it to a boil. Add YiPPee! and its masala.
  • Cook till the noodles are done.
  • Add spinach and cook for 10 seconds.
  • Transfer to a bowl and let the mixture cool down.
  • Add grated cheese to the noodles and mix well. Keep aside.
  • In another bowl take maida and salt. Add water gradually and make a medium soft dough.
  • Divide into two portions.
  • Take one portion and roll it thin and divide it into roundels using a cookie cutter.
  • Take one roundel and place some stuffing on it. Place the other roundel and seal the edges with water.
  • Press the edges with your fingers and make indentations using a fork. Similarly, make other ravioli.
  • Boil these raviolis for 2 min and keep aside.
  • Heat a pan and add butter.
  • Add maida and sauté for 2 min.
  • Now add milk and stir continuously to make a creamy sauce. Season with a little salt.
  • Add the boiled ravioli and gently mix.
  • Sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes.
  • Serve hot with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
