Yippee! Scotch Eggs

Ingredient list

  • 1Packets Yippee! Noodles
  • 200ml Water
  • 4 Boiled Eggs
  • 1 MediumSized Boiled Potato
  • 1 Chopped Green Chilli
  • 3 Tbsp Cornflour
  • 3 Tbsp Maida
  • 4 Tbsp Water to make Slurry
  • Bread Crumbs/Cornflakesto coat the eggs
  • Salt as per Taste

  • Heat a pan and add water. Bring it to a boil.
  • Add Yippee noodles and Yippee masala. Cook till the noodles are done.
  • Transfer to a bowl and let the noodles cool down.
  • Now add boiled mashed potato and green chilli. Keep the mixture aside.
  • In another bowl take corn flour, maida and salt. Add water to make a slurry.
  • Now take a portion of theYippee mixture. Flatten it and place a boiled egg.
  • Cover the egg with Yippee mixture. Repeat this step for all the eggs.
  • Now dip each Yippee coated egg in the slurry and then coat with bread crumbs/crushed cornflakes.
  • Deep fry at medium hot oil till the Scotch eggs turn golden and crispy.
  • Serve hot with ketchup.
