Yippee! Scotch Eggs
Ingredient list
1Packets Yippee! Noodles
200ml Water
4 Boiled Eggs
1 MediumSized Boiled Potato
1 Chopped Green Chilli
3 Tbsp Cornflour
3 Tbsp Maida
4 Tbsp Water to make Slurry
Bread Crumbs/Cornflakesto coat the eggs
Salt as per Taste

Method
Heat a pan and add water. Bring it to a boil.
Add Yippee noodles and Yippee masala. Cook till the noodles are done.
Transfer to a bowl and let the noodles cool down.
Now add boiled mashed potato and green chilli. Keep the mixture aside.
In another bowl take corn flour, maida and salt. Add water to make a slurry.
Now take a portion of theYippee mixture. Flatten it and place a boiled egg.
Cover the egg with Yippee mixture. Repeat this step for all the eggs.
Now dip each Yippee coated egg in the slurry and then coat with bread crumbs/crushed cornflakes.
Deep fry at medium hot oil till the Scotch eggs turn golden and crispy.
Serve hot with ketchup.
