YiPPee! Sizzler

Ingredient list

For Noodles:

• 1 Packet YiPPee! Noodles • 200 ml Water • 2 Tsp Oil

• 1 Tsp Sliced Garlic • 1 Small Chopped Green Chilli

For Veggies in Sauce:

• 1 Tsp Oil • ½ Tsp Ginger • 1 Tsp Garlic • 1 Small Chopped Onion • 2 Tbsp Chopped Carrot • 2 Tbsp Chopped Green Capsicum

• 2 Tbsp Chopped Red Bell Pepper • 2 Tbsp Chopped Yellow Bell Pepper

• 2 Tbsp Sliced Mushroom • 1 Tsp Soy Sauce • 1 Tbsp Chilli Sauce • ¼ Tsp Red chilli powder • 1 & ½ Tbsp Cornflour mixed in 3 Tbsp Water • Salt as per Taste

To Assemble the Sizzler:

• 1 Boiled Egg • ¼ Cup Sliced Cabbage • 1 Tbsp Butter

Method

  • Heat a pan and add water. Bring the water to a boil. 
  • Add YiPPee! noodles and its masala. Cook till the noodles are done.
  • In another pan heat oil and add some garlic. 
  • Sauté till the garlic turns crispy. Now add chopped green chilli and the cooked YiPPee! noodles. Toss and keep aside.
  • In a wok/pan heat oil and add ginger and garlic. Sauté for 5-7 seconds. 
  • Add onion, carrot, mushroom, green, yellow and red bell peppers. 
  • Now add soy sauce, chilli sauce, red chilli powder, water and salt.
  • Bring water to a boil and add the cornflour slurry.
  • Cook till the sauce thickens. 
  • Heat a sizzler plate and lay some sliced cabbage. On the hot plate, place YiPPee! noodles on one side.
  • Now add some veggies in gravy and place slices of boiled egg. 
  • Now place the hot sizzler plate on its wooden board and drop some butter on the sides of the plate.
  • Serve the sizzling YiPPee! platter right away!
